Your delivery fee is calculated only after your items have been purchased, received, inspected, securely packed and weighed. The heavier or larger the final parcel, the more delivery is likely to cost.

How the final fee is calculated

The quote considers the parcel’s actual or volumetric weight, destination country and city, selected delivery type, courier and local handling charges, item category and declared value. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges may also apply. When these are not included in the quote, they remain the customer’s responsibility.

Choose your delivery type

• Doorstep delivery: your parcel is delivered to the street address you provide.
• Post office pickup: collect your parcel from the designated post office after notification.
• Airport pickup: collect your parcel from the designated airport collection point using the instructions provided.

The cost of every option is confirmed only after the parcel has been packed and weighed.

Restricted items

Liquids and fluids cannot be shipped. This includes lotions, creams, oils, perfumes, gels, aerosols and any product containing liquid.

Once your parcel is dispatched, I’ll share tracking or collection details when available and keep you updated during the process.
